Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances. If a product fails or there is a fault with it, please email us at admin@penandipublishing.co.uk to explain the issue. A refund will be issued if the fault is found to be ours.
Physical Products
Physical products, such as printed notebooks and journals, are provided by third-party retailers such as Amazon. Please see the retailer's own refund policy for those items.
Refund Overview
Where we do offer refunds on physical products sold directly through this site, our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Partial refunds only may be granted where an item shows signs of use, has been opened, is damaged for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once a returned physical product is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within seven days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider or bank, as processing can take some time. If you still haven't received it after this, contact us at admin@penandipublishing.co.uk.
Sale Items and Exchanges
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged — email us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Returns
To return a physical product, first contact admin@penandipublishing.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. Return shipping costs are the Client's responsibility and are non-refundable.
